Filial Móvil offers users the convenience of accessing and managing their accounts directly from their mobile devices. It provides functionalities that mirror those available on our Virtual Branch.

The application includes the following options:

• Ahorro Mutual: View the summary of your mutual savings accounts.
• Transferencias: Conduct money transfers between your accounts, to another member's account, or to an external bank account. Please note that depending on the transfer amount, the system may prompt you for your coordinate card information.
• Tarjetas: Access information regarding the limits, expiration dates, and balances of your Visa and Mastercard credit cards.
• Ayudas Económicas: Obtain detailed information about your current financial assistance.
• Depósitos a Término: Review detailed information regarding your existing term deposits.
• Cargos: Access a breakdown of your charges for the past three months.
• Cobranzas: If there is an outstanding debt with the institution, find detailed information here.
• Subsidios: Access comprehensive information about mandatory and additional subsidies, along with any outstanding balance details.

To access Filial Móvil, you will need to enter your Virtual Branch username and password.

Additionally, the application offers several functionalities that do not require user authentication:

• Datos Útiles: Frequently asked questions.
• Contacto: Contact numbers and email addresses for various departments.
• Filiales: A list of branches and delegations. You can view these locations on a map and geolocate both SMSV branches and automatic tellers.
